Good product
My analog wall clock was noisy so I decided to fill the empty bay on my microserver with this to use as a clock. Works great, nice big numbers huge screen but I haven't used it for the fan controllers so I can't give a rating on that. Great clock! Looks way better than in the picture I used a potato to take the pic. It has adjustable brightness as well. The mounting brackets are kinda iffy I ended up drilling two holes in my microserver case since it was originally designed for a DVD drive this didn't fit perfectly, a few screws and it's fixed in place not a deal killer.

So far, so good.
This is easy to install. I had to do some early troubleshooting. One of the four fan cables appears to be faulty. I tested it on more than one port. I'm only controlling one fan, so I'm using one of the other three included fan cables. If I experience the problem again, then I'll just replace with quality fan cable(s.)NOTE: Anytime you buy a device with a coin cell in it, then it's probably a good idea to replace that battery prior to installation. It's a likely reason that your clock isn't keeping time.On related note, my clock seems to run faster than my digital cable box, and my motherboard's system time. The result is that it's ahead by about 30 seconds or so. I'm not certain if it has anything to do with waking from suspensions and/or cold boot.I like this device. The alarm could sound better, the hardware buttons could have a better feel to them, and the background could be darker/blacker (there's bleeding at the edges), but I like that there's an option to choose the level of brightness. It would be nice if it displayed actual fan levels to correspond with the RPM. I'm pleased with this controller.

Spend your money elsewhere.
One dead fan controller channel and two dead temperature sensors after 4mos. Keeps saying 212 degrees on channels 1 and 3, even when the computer is cold booted. Not exactly what I wanted.

There are 3 wires active for each fan
I couldn't connect all the 4 cpu fan wires to this first channel as this beautiful fan controller doesn't have PWM! It fits on it but there are just 3 pegs on #1st. I sent it back and they refunded me right away. Then I used the replacement (one I bought) in a way that I could have used this one for - I just connected the front fan (3 wires) to the first channel and I now have complete control of the front fan which was all I needed. This controller would have been the better choice for that.
