I fractured a bone in my foot and needed to ice it. Using a plastic bag wasn't cutting it because I had to constantly shift it around to hit all areas. I used the neck wrap and put it on top of my foot and wrapped it around my foot. This worked great! I liked that I didn't have dripping water from melted ice and it froze pretty quickly. Always put something between the area you are icing and the ice pack.I plan on using the large one for an upcoming surgery in two weeks. Just because it says it's for necks, doesn't mean you have to use it just for necks. They are very well made.

I love this ice pack! It’s great for my shoulder because it covers the the shoulder blade and biceps muscle at the same time. My husband used it for his knee after knee surgery and loved it! I recommended it to a friend who bought one as well and sports family loves it.Also, it can be folded twice and fits perfectly in my freezer door slot. It’s freezes sift so it isn’t stiff.

I liked the coldness and the flexibility of the col pac best you could put it on any body part and it would conform to the body part unlike rig8d ice packs which only cover a limited area because they're not flexible.it stays wicked cold for at least a half hour which brings pain relief.its the same brand my physical thetapust used and recommended.And,he was right

This cold pac is a great size, able to wrap it around the knee. Stays cold for a long time (depends on how warm your skin and the room your in is). When froze its still pliable, doesn’t get hard or unbendable. About 1/2 inch thick but not too heavy, stays in place without adding too much pressure/weight.

The size is great, and it stays cold for a long, long time. It is durable also.

We had recieved an ice pack like this after a back surgery. That was a life saver, I love how the ice pack is cold, yet flexible. I use it on my ankle, I can actually wrap it around and get like 3D chills!Unfortunately we had to buy a new one due to a rip, my guess is by rough handling. But I will always have one of these in the freezer!!

This ice bag is the best. Size is large enough to cover whatever is ailing you. Place in fridge and only takes an hour to chill. Stays cold for a long time. Durable
