I have been unable to use the item as the power plug does not meet Australian standards in fact when Itried to use the appliance it blew the electrical fuse making it in workable. As I purchased this in good faith not knowing I could not use it I would like to request a refund of the purchase price please

Does not even work with a plug & currency converter! Why is this even being available for sale in Australia, without proper disclosure?And yes, I did read the instructions and directions properly! Full refund please 🙏!

Why is this item being sold in UK? It is not compatible with our system. What a waste of time: the item will be returned.

Received Coffee maker on time. It works good for now. I'm a little apprehensive about longevity of the coffee maker do to Amazon delivery person dropped the box from 2-3 feet to ground by my front door. I saw this through my doorbell camera.
