Scuba Diving and Snorkeling For Dummies

This book has all the important information on scuba and snorkel diving. It is a very basic book and is well laid out. The only downside is that the book was too basic for me having done a days course so i used it as reference material to refresh myself.

I've never bought a 'for dummies' book before. I like the cover but I was disappointed by the relatively few pictures. What there are are really dull and old fashioned. Looks quite boring really hasn't made me want to start reading it. That's nothing to do with the quality of the writing though as I haven't done more than skim it so far.

While we bought this as a joke it really is very informative and useful to refer too.

Very superficial and gets kitting up sequence wrong; how basic is that!

Good book it is easy to read and pick up at any time. Great for learning to go it or just for information.

Has helped my gf with understanding her openwater couse more easily. A shame the disc included only covers module 1 as she found this most helpful.All in all a worthy buy
