Q: What is the balls diameter?

They vary but the largest is smaller than a golf ball.

Q: How long are the 2 wooden bars, I’m trying to fit this in a box for shipping

14 inches. It comes in its own box which is about 15 if I had to guess. I recommend leaving it in the box so it doesn’t get tangled.
