I recently started the FODMAP diet while also taking these, so it's hard to say which is helping me more, but I'm sure it's a combination of the 2. Within a week I started to experience for the first time in too long, regular BMs and little to no bloating after meals.I highly recommend looking into the FODMAP diet if you've got IBS or SIBO -- along with taking these daily.

By far the only product I've tried that actually helps abdominal pain and bloating from IBS. I've tried more expensive products that were good but still gave me loose stools. This one helps in every GI area. Thank you!

Took 2 capsules a day for 1 month. Did absolutely nothing.
