Very good
I've tried a few other random fermenting lids which I had found on amazon and they just did not work and did not maintain their vacuum seal. However, these lids worked great and maintained their seal until I went to open up to weeks later. I really like the clean, frosted clear plastic look, both for aesthetic and functional reasons (being able to see in.) The lids are solid and durable so far, but I have not used long term. Happy so far.

GREAT PRODUCT
I own dozens of vacuum lids with most being made by FoodSaver. The smaller of the two lid sizes will precisely fit the can and jar size of most products as well as wide mouth Mason Jars. I put the smaller lid on a Mason Jar and. pulled a very high vacuum. The jar held the vacuum and I even put it in the freezer overnight and it still held. the vacuum. The lids are easy to clean and store. I will be ordering 20 more of the samller lids and 10 of the larger lids.

8.5cm Lids Fit Wide-Mouth Mason Jars Perfectly.
The 8.5cm lids fit wide-mouth mason jars. This is my favorite plastic vacuum seal lid for wide-mouth mason jars, due to the silicone gasket that is better than other gaskets I have tested. The plastic dome sits higher than most vacuum lids that sink into the jar and take up some space. Furthermore the silicone plug system is easy to clean should you suck food or liquid thru it. While I do like the pump and how it works, I gotta take off 1 star as the pump is not as "powerful" as I would like although it sucks a good vacuum, I have vacuum pumps that suck more.

They work flawlessly.
Been using them a couple months now to keep coffee and tea fresh. They never leak. Easy to use.
