These dumbbells are absolutely fantastic. The set is made of several weight disks and two dumbbells. The dumbbells weight can be adjusted very, very easily by twisting the weight disks on and off with just a small twist. The materials used are of very high quality and the design is absolutely genius. I never had any adjustable dumbbells that were so easily adjustable while still very solid. The grip on the dumbbells is very good and feels very secure and comfortable. The size is perfect for any size hand and I absolutely love the colors of the dumbbells. They are definitely the best dumbbells I every had and they are so versatile and comfortable to use. The price is absolutely excellent for this set.

I didn't know if this adjustable weights would really work. They do!!! Very convenient to have 1 pair of weights and you an adjust to various weights. Easy to put on and stays put. Nice and compact so you don't need a stand like other weight sets that come singular. Comfortable also.

Well made dumbbell set that fits nicely in the hand and has a good feel to it. The dumbbells weigh 2 lbs. each and then you add on the extra included weights taking it up to 5lbs. each. The additional weights attach easily and are also easy to take apart. If you're looking for a light weight dumbbell set this is a good one to start with.

Perfectly simple and easy to use. Adjusting the weight is easy to do and doesn't take much time at all. Nice and compact, perfect size. Great addition to our home exercise equipment, and a great value for the price.

I bought these to help with my biceps tendon tear rehabilitation, and they’ve been a solid addition to my recovery routine. The design is simple but well thought out, and everything feels sturdy and comfortable during use. They’re easy to set up, easy to adjust, and make it straightforward to work through controlled movements without worrying about form or stability. Overall, they’ve made my rehab sessions smoother and more effective. A well-designed product that does exactly what it should.

Great lightweight adjustable dumbbells. I like that the grip is a bit girthier than standard, which makes it easier to hold and puts less strain on the hand/wrist. The weight plates are also very easy to take on and off, making adjusting the weight take a matter of seconds. There is a little ball bearing between the plate that you have to ‘press’ down on in order to twist and remove it, which is a nice mechanism to make sure it won’t manage to slide out and undo itself. The hex shape is also very nice, making it easy to set down without worrying aboht it rolling away, and also easy to set down on any side unlike square shaped dumbbells. Overall I see myself relying on this for the foreseeable future as a light addition to normal reps. Would love to see a version that accomodates bigger/heavier mid range weights!

These are the perfect weights for women like me who don't have strong arms. They're compact, they're easy to use and they offer multiple possibilities.

I wanted dumbbells that were adjustable because I don’t have enough room for multiple sets with different weights. This serves my needs. I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes it takes a little effort to line up each weight while attaching to the handle. Otherwise they are great.

If these have enough weight for what you need don't hesitate. My wife always hated tightening and adjusting weights but these are great pull off or put on (like a magnet) to the weight you need. These are a great buy!
