Here are my tips. Use tweezers to remove the magnetic adhesive strips in the morning. Pull very slowly, gently, and easily. You will learn over time to place the strips consistently so just relax it’ll happen after about a week. I have used this product for several months every evening. I put it on early evening to get the benefit while watching TV. I have found my breathing is not just improved at night. There’s an effect all day as my sinuses feel healthier and airways more open. This lasting effect during the day has persisted now for two months, it’s a huge and very real impact. I attribute the daytime benefit to the healing that is occurring from my airways being open.
