Excellent continuous blood glucose monitor
I found it very easy to apply and the information it provided was extremely useful. My breakfast, which I thought was healthy was giving me huge glucose spikes. This device has helped me change my habits. Furthermore, it stopped sending data on day 13. Lingo app advised I call Lingo and they sent me a replacement as they are guaranteed to work for 14 days. Very good health tech. I would recommend.

Unreliable sensors.
I bought one of these five months ago and was very pleased with how easy it was to set up and use to monitor my glucose levels. After a period on a changed diet I bought another to see where I am now. So: The first one wouldn’t pair properly, the sensor said it was faulty so I sent it back to Amazon which replaced it the same day - very impressive. The replacement sensor fell off my arm so I refitted it but it would not work at all. As for unit one went through the troubleshooting stuff but no joy. Maybe this is a pair from a bad batch but for me the product is far less dependable now. I’ve asked for a refund.

Excellent devise
Waited till the 14 days was over to give full review. Fitting : very easy with the instructions, the adhesive was fine by itself although could buy extra coverings App : the app integration works seamlessly once the devise is connected the data was connected, twice had slight issue with Bluetooth connectivity but was easily resolved by either restarting phone or Bluetooth. Information : while it’s obvious that you will get higher spikes from excessive carbohydrates compared to protein and fats the data given gave more nuanced insights, ie for me not all carbohydrate quantities were equal, so elicited a bigger response than others, yes one could work out possibilities vis glycemic index etc but the visual in the moment readings were very useful and allowed one to play with strategies and see in real time if they worked. I only bought one but will get more at a future date to explore my choices again once insights integrated. Well worth the expense for those that want to understand this aspect of their health. For diabetics a different model is available.

Fascinating insight into your body and food
I was sent a 100% off voucher to use on Amazon UK by HomeTesterClub in order to test this product for free for 2 weeks. It’s an amazing piece of kit that provides a fascinating insight into what’s happening with your blood glucose level in real time. Of all the things you’d expect (such as fizzy drinks and sweet foods) to spike your blood glucose levels, mine was actually freshly squeezed orange juice! The graph would shoot up past 11.1 with every glass! It loses a star because it’s quite costly every 2 weeks, and as the screenshot shows, once the very minute of expiration occurs, the app stops working. Additionally, the app needs to be left open in the background which uses up resources on your device. And so you’d think that when the app detects a spike in blood sugar, it would ping you, but it doesn’t. You’re expected to check in the app throughout the day and manually record what you were eating or drinking at the time of the spike. Overall, great tool but could be simpler.

ABSOLUTE USELESS - WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
DO NOT BOTHER with this product! It arrived quickly and was quite painless to attach, but it NEVER worked and was a complete waste of time. I tried uninstalling and installing a few times to see if it was just a glitch but it ALWAYS came up with the same message - "This App has a Bug" and NEVER actually worked. Very disappointing and frustrating as I was looking forward to getting more knowledge and information about My Glucose levels, but ABSOLUTELY USELESS and complete waste of time. Luckily Amazon refunded so I didn't lose the money but still Seriously disappointed I didn't even want to leave a single Star as a rating but Amazon won't allow to post the review without a rated review?!!

Interesting data but limited benefit
I cannot complain about the ease of use of the data as this seems to work perfectly. I added waterproof covers to my order for extra stability and the two sensors I bought (cheaper here with discount) have both lasted the full two weeks without any issues. However…conceptually this doesn’t really tell you anything beyond the obvious. Eat a carb heavy meal? Of course your glucose will spike. Eat a protein breakfast and no spike. Eat more refined carbs or something very sugary then an even bigger spike. Then there’s the concept of your lingo points. It seems to be designed from the point of view that less is better but the only way to keep reducing your count is to cut out most carbs. So I started with a target of 60, then 41 and then undershot both so a new target of 29, which is totally unrealistic especially when I’m cycling regularly and need some carbs to fuel. So really all this does is give you some interesting graphs but ultimately won’t be of any use unless you want to follow a strict keto/Atkins diet. The benefit for weight loss would be cutting down on carbs but you don’t need a monitor for that. Finally it should be said that there’s no pre-diabetes/diabetes diagnosis so if that’s your use case you’d be better off seeing your GP. Even though the app would clearly be able to point you in that direction (like Apple who don’t monitor blood pressure but can pick up signs and tell you to investigate further with your doctor). Shame that this doesn’t seem to be in scope. Definitely a device for the worried well but with little real world application.

Best health companion.
Its best. I learnt so many things about my body with product. There were few myths which are revealed with this product. Now I know which food and bad habbit are spike my glucose levels. I really love this product and my health. Very easy to use and painless experience. Its is waterproof and continues. Connected even when phone is not with you. Sticking really good. I put extra plasters on to make it more solid sticky. But you really dont need it. Original Sticking is good enough.
