Pure Protein Brookie Protein Bars – 20g Protein, 3g Sugar, 190 Calories (12 count) Low Sugar* High Protein Snack - Gluten Free - Perfect for a Healthy Snack

So I just got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at the age of 44 years old this April of 2025. Tldr it's been a long nightmare of a road trying to find good food and over snacks that are low-carb, low sugar and that actually tastes good. This is obviously falling under the category of something sweet to eat while also packing a good amount of protein. It not having any sugar in it and yet still actually tasting very much. So like a chocolate brownie was very surprising to me. Obviously it still doesn't taste like a real brownie with real sugar, but it's pretty darn close. Protein bar that makes for an easy quick snack that you can grab and take with you or keeping a package then. This is absolutely The thing you're looking for. I actually went with the galactic brownie bars, 12 count box. And I've ordered these a few times now since first getting them. Nice size, good quantity for the number spent, and the ingredients are all healthy which is great for my new diet. The texture is a bit hard, but is a firm brownie protein bar so that's to be expected. Holds up very well in warmer temperatures as well. Again would highly recommend, enjoy!

Always looking for a good protein filled snack! These are perfect and help in having a "cheat day" everyday! The flavor is great and we love them in our household. The carb content is sufficient enough and keeps me giving for most of the day before I get home and have another meal.

I have tried several Pure Protein flavors with varying degrees of tolerability, but the Sundae Cone pleasantly surprised me. I tend to prefer fruit-based flavors, but I gave this one a shot because it DOESN'T have peanuts or peanut butter, which I don't like but appear in roughly half of all "protein" snacks, so my choices are limited. Notwithstanding I couldn't find any caramel on the ingredient list, I think the Sundae Cone tastes similar to a Twix. I can actually finish the whole protein bar, while most I have to force myself to consume more than 75%. This brand is also has some of the best prices I've found for a 12 pack of protein bars; the flavor varieties vary within a few dollars, but they are all reasonable compared to similarly-situated brands.

These seem to be the same recipe as the chocolate deluxe (with different labeling) and that is my least favorite of the pure protein bars. If you like the chocolate deluxe bars, you'll like these. If you're like me and don't care for the chocolate deluxe, you won't care for these either. But as usual, they do curb cravings and are a good replacement in a pinch or between meals.

Great taste. And I've tried lots of protein bars. 20 g of protein is amazing which I need. Very dense. Chewy. I must like them because I'm re-ordering. I tried another kind called chewy chocolate chip by pure protein, but for some reason I don't care for the taste
