Defective lock
The diary’s number lock is defective. It’s stuck, won’t open, and I’m unable to change the password. Unfortunately the return window is closed.

First Impression
Just took delivery of the product, and apparently it looks satisfactory. Lock works well on the vintage and classy finish the leather offers. However, pen could have been of better quality, and the pages look different from the pictures displayed with only one entry field which is for 'date' in the top right corner as opposed to multiple fields showed in the provided picture.
