All fiber, minimal taste.
Better than the Atkins pasta, but not as tasty as real wheat pasta. This gets to be called low carb due to all the fiber in it (a 2 oz. serving has 38 g of fiber!). This much fiber in one serving may cause digestive problems for some people, so watch out!!

Great pasta substitute!
I love my Keto diet but really missed pasta. And that fake, squeaky, stuff was nasty! This stuff was a life saver. 3 noodle options, all low carb but taste and texture like the real thing!

I could eat this every day of my life! Great plain with butter and pepper but holds up under stir fry and casseroles. DO NOT OVER COOK THEM! Al dente is perfect!

Fairly good
The first time I tried it, I loved it. I ended up buying a 6-pack box, it's not as great as I remember it being, but, it does the trick when I'm craving pasta.

Just say no!
If it were possible to give this zero stars (or less!) I would. This stuff, in both flavor and texture is just awful. After the initial disappointment, I tried it again thinking maybe I had done something wrong. I was extremely careful about following the cooking instructions. It was equally disgusting. I threw the other bags away. There is nothing in the world you can put on top of it to disguise its wet cardboard taste and texture.

Definitely try if you love pasta but don't want the extra calories!
Definitely more filling than regular pasta and barely any calories! The whole bag is the equivalent calorie wise to one serving of regular pasta. Because of the fiber it's made from, it's very filling too so you don't need to eat as much!
