Expensive but excellent product

I’ve been using the Caraway non-stick pan consistently and I’m very impressed with the overall quality. The pan heats evenly and truly lives up to its non-stick claim eggs, vegetables, and proteins release easily with little to no oil. Cleanup is quick and simple, which makes it great for everyday cooking. I also appreciate that it’s made without traditional non-stick chemicals, which gives me more peace of mind when cooking. The pan feels sturdy and well-made, and the design is sleek without affecting performance. After multiple uses, it has maintained its non-stick surface well. Love these cookie sheets. I’ve had them for 6 months. The nonstick is amazing. And cleanup is a breeze. I no longer need to use parchment paper. They’re expensive but well worth it. Highly recommend!
