Defective battery after 3months
Tablet developed a serious battery defect after only 3 months — it will only charge to about 13–14% and immediately drops to 0% once unplugged. BNCF customer service has been extremely disappointing. Instead of honoring the 1-year warranty, the seller offered small partial refunds ($20, then $40) to keep the defective tablet, claimed the model was out of stock, and tried to push me to buy another device at 2.5 times the cost of this one instead. Very poor product reliability and even worse warranty support. Buyer beware. ⭐☆☆☆☆

No instructions or manual
No user manual. I am old school not a techie so like something written or at least download able I had to buy a generic book but it does not refer to this. In this day and age these companies need at least a link to download a manual. Showing the button on a little piece of paper does not cut it

Screen won't respond to touch after moderate abuse. An amount that is significantly less than other tablets that have been purchased by me that have remained functional.

I purchased this tablet and the gps and the Sim Card keeps disconnecting, gps when works is always in the wrong location, music apps keeps disconnecting.

Piece of junk!
Piece of junk! I bought this tablet because I wanted Android 15,band LTE. This tablet is flimsy! It made creeking noises when I tried to put in a previous case of mine. It doesn't feel solid in my hands. You couldn't turn on the SIM with a button on the pull-down tray like almost every tablet I ever owned; you have to go to the settings to turn 4G on or off. When 4G was off, there's a big message saying that the SIM card wasn't available which was incredibly annoying and you can't turn it off! Also, I couldn't find a case for it. I cannot have a tablet without a case. I don't trust the universal cases because the tablet fell out of it. It's not worth the $99 price tag.

Produit décevant, couverture réseau plus que faible, quand un téléphone clapet a la 4g , la tablette a deux barres de 3g, la précision du gps est inexistante, la connexion bluetooth est laborieuse, Achat a éviter si c'est pour une utilisation nomade......

Una tablet súper buena. Va como un tiro. La batería le dura un montón, va rápida incluso en múltiples tareas, juegos exigentes. Buen sonido, buena imagen. Por el precio que tiene es una pasada. Tablets más caras tienen menos nivel.
