I've been using Podium Creatine for a while now, and overall, I'm really happy with it. One of the standout features for me is the flavored version—it tastes great, which makes it much easier to stick with consistently. A lot of creatine supplements can be chalky or bland, but Podium nailed the flavor profile without being overly sweet or artificial. In terms of performance, I’ve noticed steady improvements in strength and recovery. It mixes well with water or in a post-workout shake, and I haven’t experienced any bloating or stomach discomfort, which can sometimes be an issue with other creatine products. If you're looking for a reliable creatine supplement that actually tastes good, I’d definitely recommend giving Podium a try.

I've been looking for a workout supplement to use for a while now. I like how creatine works and am on the lookout for better ones out there. I was very happy that I came across PODIUM creatine. There's a lot to like about the creatine from this brand. Design: I really like the design on the packaging. It doesn't feel like it was stored in cheap plastic with barely functioning lids. When you hold this in your hands, you can feel the care spent into the design of it. I also like the inclusion of a little hook inside the jar that holds the scoop in place. No more digging through the powder just to find the scoop. Taste: This is where I'm not as satisfied. Don't get me wrong, strawberry is a decent flavor to have for a creatine supplement but there is a lot that could go wrong for this type of flavor. Often times, candies and other snacks with a strawberry flavor tends to taste artificial and podium's creatine powder is not an exception. Trying to chug down a serving of their powder prior to workouts can feel tedious sometimes, especially if you're not giving yourself time to really take sips. The aftertaste is fine, not too bitter or overly sweet. Now, you can possibly mix some lemon juice into it or other citrus-flavored additive to make it less sweet. Performance: I thought it Podium worked well for my workouts. I found myself more hydrated during my workouts and able to squeeze an extra rep here and there. Like most if not all creatine products, the fact that I can pack it into a shaker bottle and go makes it very easy to use. Price: For around $25 at the time of this review, I DO think that PDOIUM does offer a competitively priced creatine supplement. If you're looking for a good creatine powder that offers good performance, good price per serving, and a decent flavor at baseline, then consider Podium. Overall, I recommend this powder.
