Update: After reaching out to their support team I got an email within less than 2 days. They helped me troubleshoot and got my keyboard working again. I am happy with their level of support and the overall experience and quality. I got this set last month and I love the look of it. The mouse and keyboard initially connected right away with my Mac. But the keyboard has connection issues. Ever single day I have to re connect the bluetooth before using it. Now today it won't even show up as a device to connect. I have had no issues with the mouse. I think the keyboard is defective. I have reached out to support and am waiting to hear back. Besides the issues with the keyboard it's a pretty set.

I really like the keyboard. The mouse works well on myac but is very jumpy when I switch to the PC.

I love everyhting about this keyboard except the one feature that renders it unusable for me; you can't adjust the idle time before it goes to sleep. Because of the nature of my work, I often go more than a minute without touching the keyboard but then need it to function immediately once I reengage with it. Not being able to change the time before sleep mode, especially when it can take up to 3 seconds to wake and respond to keystrokes, has already caused a dozen mistakes in my work in the single evening I've used it. I will sadly be returning it.

Very similar to my Apple key board and it works great! The Bluetooth is a great feature!

I wanted to like this. Both the keyboard & the mouse worked when they wanted to, not always when I needed them to. They got returned.
