Q: Can this product use 230V supply voltage?

The power input is micro USB so if you have a 230V to standard 5V micro USB it should work.

Q: Can I be completely sure it will not damage the aids with rechargeable batteries?

It will not harm them and was recommended by the hearing aid manufacturer

Q: is this safe to use with Jabra Enhance plus?

Yes! Jabra recommends the Lux for drying. I use it for my Jabra hearing aids. No problem!

Q: Will this product dry out the hearing aids if I accidently wear the aids in the shower?

This depends upon your hearing aids. Mine are supposed to be rather water resistant. I went snorkeling wearing them for a few minutes in the water before I discovered them. They were totally inoperative. After running several cycles wtih this product they worked fine and still work fine.
