I don’t know if this works or not but it made me feel better about mornings. I couldn’t tell a difference in my day to day but it changed my mindset about how the day was going to go. Lost 35 pounds so I think I needed something to motivate me.

This isn't the first time I've used this product so I can already let you know how it did for me. I felt less bloated and my bowel movements were beginning to be regular! However, I bought mine right from the source which is much much more expensive and ran out! I was very pleased to find it here at this price. It's the exact same product! I took 1 @ a half hour or so before breakfast &/or lunch and 1 @ a half hour before dinner. I took it that way because that's the way the video I watched where I ordered it from said to take it... even tho the bottles say to take 2 daily... Do what you feel is best. They did seem to make me feel fuller faster also! I felt I was losing water weight! But again didn't get to see real results since I ran out and couldn't afford any more since the original manufacturer who sells it is very expensive! Give it a try! It's all natural ingredients.
