Excellent hearing aids
I bought these after wearing prescription hearing aids for 6 years. My old aids had the same functionality as these wrt Bluetooth and an app to support them. There is a significant improvement in performance. I hear much better with these. My old aids seemed to enhance the sounds I didn’t want to hear in noisy environments, these are the opposite. I can hear voices much better and the overall experience is just better all around. I will be keeping these and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Terrible experience
Right out of the box, the left hearing aid wouldn't turn on. I went through all the troubleshooting steps, and nothing. I placed a video chat with Lexie. They tell you that the average waiting time for support is 15 minutes. So keep that in mind if you're thinking of buying these, they try to convince you that they have support, but it is not timely. I waited 15 minutes to do a video support chat, but no one picked up.So I contacted Amazon to get an exchange, I wanted to give these hearing aids another try. The Amazon rep said no exchange, just a return. "If you want to try them again, buy them again." Problem is, I bought them for $799 on Prime Day and now they are back to $999. Just a terrible experience with Lexie, and a terrible experience with Amazon.

Well satisfied!
I wanted to share my thoughts. The things that I like are in order: (1) The ability to hook up with my phone. This feature really helps my ability to take & place phone calls even in loud places and hear very well. (2) The App is working a lot better than the old one did as well. This one connects very quickly and so far hasn't let me down (3) I believe the clarity of sound is better also. I am able to hear better without having to turn them up as much as the old pair. (4) The recharging batteries are also great. I wear them many days from 7AM - 9PM and I don't have to charge them in between. The only negatives for me are once in a while the left side doesn’t pick up on a call, and they don’t have a very long range away from the phone.

Don’t care for them
I don’t care for them at all. Yes, they do help you hear better but there is waaaaay too much feedback. You know, that eardrum piercing whistle that alerts everyone within 20+ feet of you that you’re wearing OTC hearing aids. For the price this product should be ashamed of itself. Based on quality and usability I’d say it’s worth $200 max. Given that it has a rechargeable battery case, maybe $260. Just my hair touching the hearing aid would cause feedback. Put your hand anywhere near your head: feedback. Try to give someone a hug- feedback. Also, the hearing aid itself is a bit clunky compared to other slim, behind the ear hearing pieces; and truly, it makes zero difference how discreet this hearing aid is in appearance because every one will know you’re wearing it. The hearing test, app and Bluetooth function worked well but so what! All you’ll hear is feedback all day long. It’s like they took the old beige clunker hearing aids and put them in a slimmer gray casing with an inner ear mic.Look elsewhere.

Lexie B2 hearing aids will stop making you say huh?
Lexie B2 Plus Hearing Aids Powered by Bose + Free 6-Month Lexie Club Subscription, comes with a hefty price tag. I’m not sure the price matches the product. The hearing aids have an all day battery which is nice, and pleasantly unexpected. The hearing aids lay behind the ear and the wire goes around the front of the ear into the ear canal. Nearly impossible to see.The hearing aids come with different size domes, for the ear canal, and also an attachment for a hearing test. The hearing test is inside the app, which I found a little frustrating to use. The app in general needs a makeover. The hearing aids, once properly turned on by holding a button for 5 seconds, have a nice sound when they aren’t screeching. It took a while to get to that point, but they are holding up.

Amazing and Affordable
It is an amazing and affordable hearing aid set!I was able to snag a pair on Amazon Prime day, thus saving $200. These are well worth the price (or the normal price)!I have a pair of Starkey AI Genesis that cost me over $4k and these Lexie B2 Plus are just as good.Customer service follows up to make sure you're satisfied. This is Great Experience and Great Value for hearing aids.Battery life is easily "all day"Ease of use is "well thought out"Functionality is "top of the line"Instructions are "easy to follow" In fact the User Manual is "Outstanding" (you should actually read it)The App that controls the hearing aids from iPhone is "Outstanding" (Well Done!)I am 77 and have a moderate hearing problem that needs fixing. I would recommend these to anyone!
