How much silver is in the dressing in ppm or mg/cm^2? How much liquid can enter the dressing before it is completely full to be replaced?

The manufacturer does not state amount of silver in dressing.the absorbency of the dressing is very good, of course dependant on the amount of exudate. It worked really well on a foot ulcer which was infected. It is non- adherent which does not affect the healing process when removed.

Does this come with the transparent film dressing?

Yes the film is activated when applied to the wound. There is no adhesive to these bandages so you need a separate bandage to secure it.

Are there any larger ones? Like 6x6 for larger wounds?

I am unsure if they do a larger size but you can cut and adapt to the size of the wound

There is no ealionmed on the internet? is it a fake? there is no indication on the packaging or amazon description of ag/cm

Your right, the companys server is not respoding. I started using this product last summer, it was working, evidence of the Silver alginate was a blue-ish stain on the bandage. Lately, I"ve noticed no stain occurring when I use it. The product is made in China, packaging says, "in a FDA registered facility."
