Is this waterproof?

NO!!!!!!  NO!!!!  I purchased this vehicle a few weeks back and ran it through a shallow puddle by the curb on my driveway and wither the ESC or the steering servo went nuts. it started squealing and making that noise as if you slightly hit the trigger and would not steer correctly!  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH ANY TYPE OF WATER!  before that it was great. Side note....dont hit anything hard in the front, it will damage the servo and render it useless!

The steering stopped working after the first charge? the forward and reverse work but the wheels won't turn. please help

The steering Servo has CHEAP plastic gears so you need to buy a $20 Servo off Ebay that has the UPGRADED Metal Gears.

How can i get upgraded parts for this?? Please wanna upgrade it!!!

Search piranha 9200 they are the same car and it's easier to find parts for it, a few sites have all the factory parts plus some upgrades like aluminum control arms and such. Also things like the steering links and upper arms are available on Amazon if u measure them. I've upgraded a few things in mine and have added a brushless motor and it's awesome. Not a traxxas but it'll keep up for almost 300$ less
