Arthur keeps getting better and better with each volume, he was so stupid at the beginning of the series but it kept improving and i like where he's at now.volume closes the fight from a previous volume while it ends with a major fight to be concluded in the next volume. Like the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, nothing ever changes in the world of manga. That being said, the conclusion of the fight from the previous volume is amazing and with the revelations made, it easily allows us to jump right into the next fight with little to no need to hype its importance up through chapters upon chapters of exposition.
