Q: Is this the same as prussian blue? is it food grade?

This is not Prussian blue. Despite both being able to function as potent blue dyes, methylene blue and Prussian blue are not chemically similar to each other. This methylene blue is United States Pharmacopeia (USP) grade, which is generally accepted for food, drug, and medicinal use.

Q: What is the shelf life of this?

This product is assigned a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture.

Q: Can someone help me with the math? Does this mean that you only get 5/100 ml servings per bottle? If so, this is ridiculously expensive.

Wayne's response isn't quite right. There are 1000 drops in a 50 mL bottle. Each drop is 0.5 mg of active ingredient (or 2 drops per mg, which Wayne got correct) or a total of 500 mg of active ingredient in each 50 mL bottle.

Q: Is the certificate of analysis available by batch ?; the one on the listing does not even have a date and the web site does not show any certificates

There is a product number, a lot number, and an expiration date printed on the label.
