I was searching for a blade for my keychain, and this is perfect! I have small, dainty hands, so this thing is definitely super small. I like how the blades are replaceable; size 11. Due to another review, I went ahead and used Thread Lock on the screws, which is probably a good habit to get into anyway because a lot of my folding knives have lost screws, and it's annoying having to get replacements. Hopefully, I won't have any trouble with this.

Very compact. Have used repeatedly and am impressed with quality of knife body. Easily replaceable surgical blades. Recommend over disposable scalpels.

A compact and sharp knife that can often come in handy. I like that it is made of titanium and I like the pattern on the handle, but the item comes covered in oil, which you can feel with your hands and smell, and you want to take it apart and wipe it down completely. The second drawback is that the bolts are not secured with a thread lock and can come loose on their own, so the blade can open by itself when you don't want it to. I would also like to have a blade lock in the open position.

I really like the key chain clip ons that come with the surgical blade. What I don’t like is none of them secure to my pants belt loop as I like, They do have a tendency to feel like they’re attached…and they’re not! I did find a key clip on the I like and is extremely secure (Ahiller) but it had no surgical blade. This little knife fits the bill nicely. Very, very small but big enough to be used as a useful tool

Bought 2 of these, first one the day I got it fell apart. The back screws were not secure and I get decently active at work, the screws fell out and I had an exposed razor on my hip for idk how long. I was able to secure it with tape until I got home. The 2nd one was a replacement, just put on some Thread-Lock and it works like a charm without falling apart. Other than that the blade and replacements are very sharp as expected. Being a slip-joint blade it's advised you use caution as it lacks a true locking mechanism. But overall works great for needing a convenient blade that fits on your keys, also it weighs almost nothing.
