I was taking it regularly For the first 2 weeks made me feel energetic and later whenever i took it didn’t feel the same but im still happy with the brand no side effects alhamdullilah Im giving it 4 star because i don’t know if the period spots which im getting is from the B complex or not. If anyone is experiencing the same please let me know
