Is this the same as Vitamin B-3 Nicotinamide?

Apparently not. Label indicates "Niacinamide is an essential member of the B-vitamin family".

Is anyone experiencing smoother, less crepey skin from this supplement?

it is a very small capsule, not a coatd pill. you could open the capsule and hide in a nice tablespoon of applesauce. for the good you get from the pill, worth taking that way. good luck.

is there a difference in the oral vs the topical form?

It is the same B3, which some believe supports the mitochondria in the cells. I'm not a scientist and don't actually know if either actually does. I am 76 and on the tennis court 3 to 5 times a week. The only other supplement I take is C. I've still lost muscle mass over the last 10 years so it is not a magic bullet.

パニック障害を患い、とある先生の本を購入後、ナイアシンアミドが良い口コミをと見て購入しました。初めに2錠飲んだら痒くなり、1錠に戻し、初めは効果がわからないものの二週間になりそうな頃、息苦しさが私はなくなりました。何処かに何時に行くとか掃除をすると過呼吸がありましたが、毎日それが心配でしたが、今は安心しています。仕事も約2カ月休んでますが、復帰してまた再発しなければ最高ですね！
