I was able to trouble shoot with customer support and we were able to reach a solution. Original review below. This item arrived fine in undamaged packaging, however the item did not turn on nor charge after verified correct use of the power button, charging cable, charging block, and power outlet.

Powerful vibrator for its size. Relatively quiet. The on/off button works as it should. I've had other brands that their button would stop working after a few uses but this one is working fine so far. Highly recommend.
