Foot slip creates heat and fatigue. Pulsion energy rebound foam top layer is engineered for maximum rebound to prevent fatigue during prolonged use. Single density pu foam bottom layer is specifically chosen for its compression set and ability to work with pulsion foam. Tetrapod technology design on the underside of the insole disperses compression in multiple direction while maintaining its shape.

Firm not soft
Had these for around a week and they are working great. The original ones that came with the boots were so wore out. These were a little tight at first when I put them in and thought they were too big but after a couple days they have molded well into the boots.

The only Insoles that help
I work production and spend 10 hours a night standing on concrete. I have tried many different insoles and most do absolutely nothing, but these are different. These actually help reduce foot pain from standing for long periods of time. They are not a miracle, my feet still hurt at the end of the night but these, more than any other insole I have tried, make it bearable.

Like walking on air!!!
Fits perfect. Even used original brand new carhartt insoles these replaced in cabelas boots to make them better. Carhartt is always reliable to make a slighty pricy but very durable product. Have 30 plus items of carhartt and can not complain about any of them.

Tight squeeze
A lot thicker than original and made boots a lot tighter on my foot. They're are comfy after boys get broke in

These are just a might too thick for me.
If you're going to use this insole in your work boots, it might be best to jump up a half size. They are indeed comfortable and extremely supportive, just make the shoe fit a bit snug. I swapped out for a pair in some hiking boots that are about a half size too big and now they fit perfectly.

I love the fact that it comes ready to be placed in your boots or shoes and the comfort is exceptional to other insoles I've had in the past

The insoles that came with my work boots wore out.
These are great so far. I did not comment on durability because I have only had them for a week or two. Super comfortable. Fit like a glove. Feet feel much better at the end of the day.

Not as I remember
When carhartt came out with these insoles and started putting them into their boots, I was fortunate enough to have bought a pair of their boots. Once the boots were beat up, I discarded them and kept the insoles. The insoles were still in excellent shape...and to this day, I'm still using those original insight insoles. I loved them so much that I decided to buy another pair of just insoles. To my surprise, they weren't of the same exact material. These have a type of fabric on top, whereas my original insight insoles have some sort of material material that feels almost like leather or velvety. These ones also had an arch that was a bit too aggressive for my left foot. Just wanted to mention that for those who were expecting the old version
