まず大量に入っている。 そして飲みやすい。 それだけで決めました。 もう1年以上は継続していますが、調子は良く感じます。プラシーボかもしれませんが、調子は良いので嘘ではありません。 マイナス点を書くなら、この手のカプセルタイプのサプリは、終盤になるとくっつきますが、すぐに離れるので問題はありません。
