物理リモコンの操作を読み取り、エアコン状態を常に正しく表示できることに魅力を感じて購入。これ自体はうまく機能しており、他のスマートリモコンよりも優れてる。主な比較対象はSwitch Botになると思うが、機能は優れてる。インターフェースなどは少し難しめかな。 ただし、Alexa（Matter連携）側に状態が正確に反映されない（Aqaraアプリで自動モードにしても、Alexa側には冷房と表示される）などの気になるところはある。音声コマンドも「エアコンつけて」などには反応しないのでやや使いづらい。とはいえ、このあたりはアップデートで改善できる範囲だろう。ハードウェアの性能自体は良さそうなので、今後に期待。 店舗の対応が良かったので総合的には星4。Alexaまわりが今後のアップデートで改善されたなら星5。

特に分解等も何もしていないが、たった半年で故障して電源が付かなくなってしまった 本日急にAqaraの機器が使えなくなってしまい、確認するとM3がダウンして全ての機器を巻き込んで死亡 何度もUSBケーブルを抜き差ししたが何も光らん こいつの故障のせいで家中の機器が何も触れなくなってしまった 他の商品が壊れるのは百歩譲って分かるが 一番耐久力が必要な大黒柱が真っ先に折れるのはありえない サポートに相談したが電源アダプターはどうですか？LEDライトは点きますか？と延々聞いてくる 電源アダプターなんてねえよ 最初から対応する気は皆無で時間稼ぎしながら保証期間を逃げ切る作戦なのが透けて見える

スレッド規格とジグビー規格のおかげでデバイス接続も非常に安定してストレスなくなりました。 (自分の使用状況&住環境ではBluetooth接続メインの某スイッチ◯ットだと肝心な時にデバイスが行方不明になりがちだったためコレに替えて正解でした) 専用アプリはUIが某SB社のアプリと比べると若干使いづらさはあるものの 海外製品のため 慣れればまぁこんなものかと。 これからのアップデートに期待しています

同社製品のP2センサやmatter対応のプラグなど、反応が早く使いやすい。 また、自動化設定も豊富で色んな条件を組み合わせられるので使いやすい。 一方で、GPSによるトリガーや赤外線操作は、感度が悪いように思う。うまく制御できるときもあれば、全く反応しないときもある。赤外線操作は、非対応の製品があり、種類が豊富とは言えない。 google home対応とあるが、google nest hubが必須なのか、スマホのアプリと連携してもオフライン状態になっている。

fp2をコントロールする為、また、 HomeKitでAQARA製品を使う為、購入しました。 AQARA製品はswitchbotより反応いいですね！ BluetoothよりZigbeeのほうがレスポンス、性能がいいと思います。 アプリの日本語はわかりずらいです。 このあたりはswitchbotのほうがマシかと思いました。

It has only been a week since I received this product, and everything has been working well and as expected so far. That said, since this is a tech product, any potential issues typically only emerge much later—long after most reviews have been written. I actually bought this to replace my Netatmo radiator thermostats, which I purchased two years ago. They seemed excellent for the first month or so, but soon after, they became nothing but trouble—essentially total garbage and a complete waste of money. Despite being generally skeptical about Chinese manufacturers, I decided to give this one a try because Aqara has an excellent reputation based on their strong online presence and user feedback. The only minor issue I've noticed so far is that the Aqara Motion and Light Sensor P2 responds slightly slower when connected simultaneously to both HomeKit and the Aqara Home app via Matter.

I'm not new to Smart devices. For the past two years, I have been using a Samsung Smartthings hub with their door and motion sensors. The problem? Every 2-3 months I was replacing the batteries in those sensors. I was completely dissatisfied with Samsung devices. Aqara was not the first remedy I sought. Sure, their accessories are dirt cheap, but wading through the number of reviews, there are just as many bad as good. On top of that, the fact that this is a Chinese company raises security concerns. I decided to replace all my Samsung sensors with those from Aqara. Additionally, since I wanted to integrate them into Apple Homekit, I wanted to get the latest and greatest hub from Aqara. And, once again, the reviews on this product were all over the map. At worst, I would return the hub if it didn't work. I am amazed at how quickly I not only set up this hub (pairing it with the Aqara app), but all the sensors and motion detectors I bought in addition to it. I wired the M3 hub directly out of my Eero mesh unit's ethernet output. It quickly connected to the Aqara app and soon afterward, I was connecting my accessories. No issues. Everything showed up not only in Homekit but in the Alexa app as well. Whenever my doors were opened or closed, an alert was sent to my iPhone (iOS 18) and Mac. All of this was set up within 35 minutes out of the box. The only downside to this hub is that it's expensive. It only covers approximately 60-65 feet and I have a very large home. I am either going to have to buy more of these hubs or the cheaper Aqara extender if I want to add more accessories at the further end of my home. I do completely understand, from the extensive research I have done that this is a half-baked product which has a lot of bugs. The fact I am only using it for basic monitoring functionality is probably the reason why everything has worked as smoothly as it has including quick pairing to devices. I will say that I went from being skeptical about Aqara to becoming a huge fan of their devices. I am amazed at how well they work, how long their batteries allegedly last, and how cheap they cost. I'm also optimistic that their new M3 hub will only get better through software updates. It's nice to have a device that can help all my different security devices, Alexa and Google hubs, and Apple Homekit work together.

I’ve used a lot of hubs over the years, and most fall into two categories: “limited” or “temperamental.” The Aqara M3 has ended up being the brains of my smart home — but I’ll be honest, we had a rocky start. Setup – mostly smooth Getting it up and running was straightforward, and adding devices was quick. It immediately felt like a more capable, future-proof hub compared to many others I’ve used. Connectivity superpowers This thing is a proper multi-protocol workhorse: ✔ Zigbee devices pair fast and stay connected ✔ Matter devices integrate nicely ✔ Acts as a Thread Border Router ✔ Brings multiple ecosystems together in one place It’s reduced my hub clutter and made automations far more centralised. The UniFi hiccup (and excellent support) I did run into some early issues using it on a UniFi Network setup. Certain Matter connections were being stubborn and things weren’t behaving as expected. Here’s where Aqara really impressed me: their support team stepped in, made some backend adjustments remotely (actual wizardry), and after that everything settled down and started working properly. Since then, it’s been solid. So if you’re on a more advanced network and hit issues, don’t panic — support clearly knows their stuff. Reliability – the real win Since getting past that initial network quirk, the M3 has been excellent. - Automations trigger quickly - Devices stay connected - No random reboots or “offline” moods It’s the kind of device you stop thinking about — which is exactly what you want from a smart home hub. Local control = fast responses A lot of automations run locally, so things respond quickly and don’t fall over if the internet has a wobble. Lights and buttons feel instant, not cloud-delayed. Verdict Early networking hiccup aside (which support sorted quickly), the Aqara M3 has turned into a rock-solid, extremely capable hub. If you want one hub to handle Zigbee, Matter, and Thread and you value strong support behind it, this is an easy recommendation. Now it just quietly runs the house like a tiny, sensible overlord.
