Yes, all you need is the correct Nvidia driver. However, since this is a server based GPU, it will run hot on a PC without custom cooling.

Q: Would this be effective for point cloud analysis, e.g. lidar interpolation?

I don’t see why would be any problem I have been used it and it have give no problem a all
