I would have given it 5 stars, but the supply lines were shorter than expected and I had to buy extensions. Otherwise, it is exceeding my expectations so far. The faucet was easy to install and the sensor is working perfectly. It turns on/off automatically when you wave your hand in front of the sensor, and it also turns on/off automatically when you pull the spray head down and put it back.The faucet I pulled out of my sink was a Moen that was only 2 years old. It had a leak from the valve since I had installed it and the install kit never fit well on my cast iron Kohler sink. The Forious faucet snugged up nicely and the hardware made it very easy. I chose this brand on Amazon after buying a Forious for my RV. I was very impressed at how well that one installed and worked for the price of around $50. This "hands-free" model made it very worthwhile to try the technology at a great price point.

We like the product. It functioned very well for the last 2.5 years.The installation was relatively easy with the exception of pain the in back to get under the sink. The sensor works relatively well. We have not had to change the battery since we installed it.Last week the flow decreased so I thought the head must be clogged. However it’s not. The mechanism that switches between spray and flow is not working and I can’t open the assembly up and try and figure it out. Either I get a new a new head or replace the item.

Bought this facet from Amazon 5 days ago. It just got delivered today. I had Moen brand for 11 years and it looked and worked great for 10 years then things started to give me troubles. So I replaced it with this unknown brand. Moen was too expensive.I just finished the installation and tested it. So this is my first impression review.First of all, Forious brand is Chinese. I did not know that. It's not just made in China. I have my own reservations about Chinese products and might not have bought this if I had known ahead. So even before installing, I was skeptical and was naturally looking for flaws. Any flaws. Even any grammatical error in the manual.The manual is written pretty straight forward and was not confusing. There was no missing pieces. They included a green cloth and white gloves for installation. I thought that was pretty cute and Chinese.The actual facet body (the goose neck part) is much lighter than my Moen. The heavier it is the more high quality feel? Maybe. Think German cars. But other than the weight, I couldn't pin point any quality issues. Plastics didn't look cheap. The brushed nickel skin was flawless.The installation went without scratching my head. When I was testing it the water flow was clean and strong. The sensor appeared to be working just fine, too. The design is great. I have a contemporary kitchen and this product is ubiquitous.The best part of this product is its Lifetime Warranty. That's pretty ambitious and fantastic. I didn't have to call their customer service yet so I don't the quality yet but still. Lifetime warranty is awesome.Also, the Thank You letter or pamphlet in the box was written with sincerity. It says something about their care for the customers satisfaction and should there be any problem call and they would send a replacement part, etc... That showed sincerity.One small inconvenience of using the product is the sensor. You would have to turn the knob to on position first in order to use the sensor. It kinda defeats the purpose of having the sensor. But maybe they thought this through and I will come to understanding after using it for a while.

I am constantly cooking, and, as part Italian, I constantly have my hands covered in dough and various other things, and this faucet has saved me so much time and effort. Sensor is easy to master, love the pull down to straight stream spray or flip the lever for shower spray pattern, and it automatically shuts off the water after you let go, and the hose in retracted. I use Ever Ready rechargeable batteries, and have had this set since 03 Oct, 2000, and they are still going strong on 15 June 2021. I cook A LOT!! I am always cooking, baking, and specialty. The Italian part of me insists on homemade pasta, and my hands are always dirty, sticky, and this faucet is a wonderful idea, that I wish had put in 10 years ago. Extremely easy to install, at the time I installed it, I was able to do so without any help, an accomplishment for a 65 year old woman. So if I can do it, any one can do it. Sensor is easy to learn, and has not caused any loss in water pressure at all. I have found that this works just as well as some of the most expensive ones that I looked at during a large home show that I attended in Huntsville, AL.
