If I buy this, will I be able to do everything myself?

I am not sure what you mean by being "able to do everything myself".   The Amazon details page is very accurate and complete.  With this product you will be able to open and close the fist, lock the fist in the closed position, and turn-on the lights and sounds.  This can be worn for cosplay or displayed on a shelf.  If you are referring to your absolute control over the Multiverse and All Creation by wearing this, I don't believe this will allow you to do that...  I hope!

Here is why this item is selling for more than the SRP:  (1) This item was Never Solicited in Print to Retailers making it extremely Rare and hard-to-Find.  Hasbro lists this item as SOLD-OUT.  (2) This item is Expensive to purchase wholesale and offers no price-breaks for quantity. (3) This item is very large and expensive to ship for incoming shipping costs, with each Gauntlet shipped individually (as it is too too large to combine multiples into a larger box). (4) This item is very large and expensive to ship for Outgoing shipping costs, and Amazon does not come CLOSE to providing adequate postage and makes no accounting for distance traveled. (5) Pricing is based on supply and demand, and as inventory declines, the price rises. This is why the aftermarket price of this is higher than the SRP of $99.00. Anyone selling this for $99.00 and shipping it is losing money on the Sale, which is why NO ONE has done so yet. I hope this answers your question as to the Resale Price for this item.

So exactly how big is this thing? I mean i wear XL in gloves will i be able to fit my hand it?

This is HUGE, and would NOT fit ANY Human Hand.  That is why it is listed as an "Articulated Fist" as opposed to a "Glove".  Think more "Puppet" than "Glove".  Inside this item is a horizontal bar that is designed to fit into the palm of your hand, behind this bar are 5 plastic rings for your five fingers, these are attached to wires that manipulate the fingers.  The Fist can be made to Lock in the Closed "Fist" position, with a "Release" on the top of the gauntlet, otherwise, the fingers all move independently.  I doubt one could use this to actually pick-up and hold anything, but this was not intended to be a glove.  When combined with the lights & sound it is AWESOME!  I hope this helps.
