Terrific product for gettin the squirrels gone

This is not killing the squirrels. I'm still trapping them and they look pretty darn healthy.But my rating is for another concern. Ground squirrels store their food by burying it in caches all over their territory. This is evidenced by all the little patches of peas, corn, and wheat that cropped up all over my farm last spring - the chicken feed that the squirrels carried out of the barn and cached. So if this stuff is laced with imidacloprid, and the squirrels are scattering it all over my farm, won't plants absorb the imidacloprid that is now buried? And if they do, then, when they flower, won't they kill off all the bees? I know that imidacloprid, when sprayed onto plants, can persist in plant tissue for some time, up to several months. I recently learned that, if dosed systemically (added to the soil for the plant to take up by the roots), it can persist in the plant for up to 6 years. Yes, six years. So now I don't know if this stuff is all over my orchard.

I live in a hill side in California with ground squirrels infested my yard. I tries many poison products, all attacked the squirrels but can not under control. I started with home make peanut butter mixed with rat poison. After the squirrels consumed $50 of rat poison and two jars of peanut butter, I decided to try LAPUT, $70 per 5 lbs.After one five lbs, bait, seeming the squirrels happy eating the bait, I decided buying another 5 lbs at another $70. I do not know the effectiveness of this product. Out of my frustration and feel hapless with squirrel invasion, seeming the squirrels eat, eat, and eat more illustrate this bait is very tasteful.At some stages, with cost becoming prohibit; only wish I like to have a discount.

Product is as advertised

Our ranch was over run with ground squirrels. They did not go for this bait liked I hoped they would. It is still in the stations, untouched.

I dont think I should have been charged a restocking fee because this says ground squirrel. But Its CALIFORNIA ground squirrels. I dont know if that is the same as Indiana ground squirrel. Im not a biologist so who knows. And the label was scary with warnings. I dont remember reading it required a bait station but instructions said it did.With all that said I dont know how well it works on Caliornia Ground squirrels because I returned. I'll eat the restockinh fee but I think its iffy and they should clarify. But I should have done my homework.

Product does not kill squirrels. Caught a baby squirrel and it ate a whole cup of the bait and it did not affect it. After 2 days living in the trap we had to take care of the poor thing our selves. That was the main reason we bought the poison, so the squirrels dont suffer in the traps, and it stops them from borrowing under the foundation of our house.
