Fantastic quality, little money
This was going to be a rant about the delivery which was supposed to be on Thursday ( to which I organised someone to be in) but on Wednesday afternoon was moved to Sunday ( Mothers day, so had to wait in, not visit mum). Not delivery firms fault, but seller. However, this tv has taken my breath away. It's replacing a 2 year old LG ( gone to mum to replace an old non smart tv) which I have been disappointed with. Pound for pound this is hugely superior, I've always had LG but not any more. Colour fade out started at about 5 degrees on LG and at 15 degrees was unwatchable, this Samsung has minimal fade out at 30 degrees and even at 70 degrees is still agreeable. Picture quality is superb with very little tweaking, sound is brilliant, hardly use sound bar now, and most everything is easy to find. The remote got mixed reviews but up against the LG one, this is a doddle and nice to use. Set up and connectivity so simple the tv virtually did it for me. This is without a doubt the best tv I've bought, fabulous value for money and if it lasts as long as my Samsung phones it'll probably be the last tv I buy. ( if not, it'll be another Samsung). If you're looking for a top tv for budget money you can't go wrong with the QE F1 Samsung, brilliant.

Big upgrade, excellent picture, and finally no more HDMI headaches
We’ve stuck with Samsung TVs for years — mainly for the quality and reliability — and this 65” QLED has been a fantastic upgrade for our family. We were replacing a well-loved but aging TV (over a decade old), and the difference is night and day. Setup was a breeze — we’re running this with a Sonos Beam, Sub, and two Play:1s for surround sound, and everything just worked straight away. With our old TV we always had minor issues with audio syncing or switching sources, but this time the setup was smooth and stayed stable. The picture is excellent — rich colours, crisp detail, and much brighter than our previous TV. Even standard-definition programmes look better thanks to the built-in AI upscaling. 4K and HDR content really pops, and the larger screen size has made a real difference for movie nights. We also have a Fire TV Cube, but honestly, it feels a bit redundant now. The built-in Samsung interface is snappy and includes all the main streaming apps we use (Netflix, Disney+, Prime, etc). Unless you need something really specific, the native smart system does the job well. We use it for a bit of everything — films, kids’ shows, the odd game console — and it handles all of it with no fuss. Pros: •Fantastic picture, especially for 4K and HDR content •Easy integration with our Sonos system •Built-in apps and Samsung smart hub are fast and full-featured •Reliable brand we trust (and it shows) Minor cons: •Not quite the top-tier gaming specs (no 120Hz or full HDMI 2.1), but still fine for casual use. It’s not been an issue for us at all. Overall, this has been a great buy. If you’re ready for a proper upgrade and want something that just works, this is a solid choice. No regrets!

A decent TV
I’ve had the TV 5 days and so far it seems good. The picture is excellent and the found is good with the TV speakers. It has a lot of apps, which might be great for some people, but personally I find most quite pointless. I haven’t found ‘navigating’ the TV very easy; it’s not as straightforward as I would like. I play a lot of games on XBox & it links fine with the TV, which also has built in games you can play without a console. The main issue I found there is that you can’t use the same Xbox controller for the TV & XBox, you need a controller for each. The remote is not good as far as I’m concerned; it is too small (I know this might be a plus for some) & I find it difficult to handle. One thing I find really annoying is that when you mute sound the ‘mute’ icon comes on the screen & flashes & it stays on screen! I don’t know if this is a glitch or intentional but it’s not good. So I have to turn volume all the way down rather than just hit mute. Overall I love the picture & sound quality; the TV looks very nice & is quite light; it has many features but not sure I want or need most of them; the price was good too. I would recommend this TV & maybe after more time I’ll work out how to do everything🙂

Cracking TV for the money
Bought this TV to replace our 10 year old LG which was getting a bit slow. Mostly really easy to set up, but it took a bit of digging to work out how to scan for Freesat / Freeview channels. Once that was out of the way though, very happy with it. The picture is great, nice, bright and sharp and the 4k AI upscaling is very impressive - basically makes non-HD channels look like HD which is nice! Despite what some online reviews say, the sound is fine, good in fact. I've seen a few reviews that seem to compare this to a high-end TV, which seems a bit unfair as the Q7FA isn't that. I'm not a serious gamer, I'm not bothered about turning my living room into a bone fide cinema and I don't want to spend over a grand on a TV... If you want a truly high-end TV experience you'd better get your hand in your pocket, but if you want a perfectly nice telly for a very reasonable price, you won't go far wrong with this one. Exceptional value!

Be aware of the clicking noise from power connection at back
The picture is great, takes time to get used the control panel set up. But I had to return this as there was a continuous clicking noise and turns out it was got from the power connection at the back of the tv

Good for the price
I accidentally broke my TV so needed a replacement fast and being in a budget choose this purely based on price and reasonable reviews. I only have a small living room and limited space so its the right size for the room. Setting thus up was an absolute doddle. All done on my phone within 20 min has two controllers. With Alexander voice activation. It is also nice and light which made putting on the single plinth stand I bought to replace my fixed one a piece of cake. Picture is fine for the price and may have the edge on much more expensive TVs not as Good as an OLED but good enough for the basic use and gaming occasionally. Recommend

What is with that dumb interface?
Pretty nice TV for the money. The interface is super annoying though. The picture is very nice compared to the old one I had, I put on conan the barbarian and it felt like ron perlman was in the room with me. I may have bought a TV that is too big for my small house. There is one thing though. Samsung TV. Every time I switched the TV on, that activated and started playing GB news. They may have well sent someone around to urinate on my living room rug. Found a way for it to start in settings where I can just switch it off and on without seeing that bloody annoying, "now I am going to start playing some channel on samsung tv" 'feature'. Even after selecting the setting that says do not autoplay, it still autoplayed. I got it off GB news, but I was equally unhappy about it auto starting on CNN too. It does involve not using the home screen of the TV at all, and just connecting to my favourite HDMI device. I do all my streaming through XBOX, but roku/sky would work too should they be your favourite. My review. it is good picture. Sound is okay. If you plan use it for music, get a good soundbar, though it okay for a casual listener. I got it in the sale so for £330 I cannot complain. Though ATM I am having an issue where once it is using the sound bar the volume button does sod all. Which is totally rubbish I wonder how much extra I paid for all the extra home screen features that are just annoying. I uninstalled iplayer, it still kept suggesting iplayer things. It has so much dross on it, and does not seem remotely configurable. Where you can chose which channels and apps you want to only see. Think Amazon video that hides things you may want to watch without subscribing to new channels or spend more money, but worse. If I could have configured that home screen to just show the things I was interested in I might have used it, but no chance. That autoplay thing is just the worst. Skyrim looks good though

We love it
Really happy with this TV so far. Got it as another one we got (different brand) didn't perform as we expected, and this Samsung has exceeded our expectations. Perfect video, perfect colors, good sound for a TV. Only thing that could improve is Alexa, takes too long to react to button click, sometimes it doesn't react. hope it's software related. Otherwise, good quality. Legs are easy to install, no screws, just put in place and strongly slice until they click in place. It has 2 remotes, a normal TV one and the smaller smart TV style remote, which we love as we can have one on each side, if not can also use the app.
