I purchased this to replace one of my cameras that stoped working. Plugged it in and it worked great. Picture is very clear and sharp even in the dark.

Works with my discontinued harbor freight cobra nvr and only the light feature does not work which I didnt need.

Great that it's available for purchase. 1 of our 8 cameras stopped working, so this was an easy replacement. Works straight after plugging in. Let's see how long this one lasts.

I've had swann for years. The cameras, I've bought a few times. I have most of them outdoors and live in Arizona so eventually they just go bad. Pretty costly and sometimes I feel like the quality could be better for the price. Sometimes it doesn't catch things. I've been disappointed a few times, but it has caught a lot that Ive needed and will still gladly use them.

I have a Swann NVR-8580 and purchased this camera to add to my recorder. The firmware in this camera does not allow it to be configured within the NVR. I contacted Swann Support to confirm this. It installs locked (configuration settings greyed out) and the camera’s settings are factory set. No adjustments to camera sensitivity, exclusion zones, camera triggers or image enhancement. All of my other Swann camera’s can be configured within the recorder. In addition, all of my other Swann 4K camera’s have sturdy metal cases and mounts. This camera is plastic, and will never hold up like a metal camera out in the elements. I returned mine the same day I got it. It’s junk, don’t waste your money.

This works really good! We have a street light near the front of our house and it shows everything in color. We also have these in dark areas and they work great there as well. We have gone thru three different brands over the years and this is absolutely the best camera for us.

I like to think that it deters intruders - but somehow I think that I'm kidding myself. Anyway it looks the part as our working CCTV system uses an identical type of camera so perhaps it does tend to leaving the bad boys wondering whether any of our cameras are dummies or not. This dummy camera sits in a quiet area where we don't usually have problems where a working camera would not be cost effective.

Picture is perfect. Clarity is immaculate. NVR NVR NVR. Bought one that said it was NVR but was DVR so this one is actually correct. Bullet style, 30m cord with Ethernet type connections, plug and play set-up. Will buy 2 more next pay.
