Wonderful phone being working ever since no issues

I bought the HTC Desire 12+ on December 18, 2018. I'm trying to update the system but is not working. After the downloading the new software the phone ask for installing I followed the instruction and the phone starts to install after 2 minutes a error message appears "ERROR" with the android iconHow can it can be fixed?
