Eddie Bauer - Queen Quilt Set, Reversible Cotton Bedding with Matching Shams, Lightweight Home Decor for All Seasons (Eastmont Navy, Queen)

I like the quilt very much, it is beautiful and soft and warm. The patches are not sewn together they are printed which I like and the color is nice . Before I used it I put it to wash in warm water and then I put it to dry on low heat and it washed and dried well and was softer after washing it. I also added downy fabric softer to give it more softness but the quilt is soft even without adding fabric softener. The quilt is well made and I use it every night to keep warm when I sleep and it’s warm enough on temperature of 60 degrees and below sixty degrees. I also use it with my flannel bed sheet for double warmth. The quilt is warm enough for winter but it’s best to also use it with a flannel bed sheet to add more warmth. I have a queen size pillow and the pillow shams that came with this quilt don’t fit my pillow that’s the only thing that I didn’t like about the pillow shams. The pillow shams are soft and well made. The quilt can also be used in the spring time and summer when sleeping with air conditioner on.

The quality is really good. The colors are exactly as pictured. The length and width is perfect on my queen bed. Nice and soft fabric and great texture. Definitely would buy again.

Purchased this as a replacement for our master bedroom quilt. I searched for a quilt that was cotton as my husband gets too hot with blends. The king fits our king bed, covers past the mattress on the sides and even longer at the foot (I do not fold over the pillows when making the bed but there is definitely enough fabric to do so). It does hang low at the foot and I find myself pulling it up as it will hang almost to the floor. I thought it was possible it was on the wrong way and turned it,but that wasn't the issue. I expect it will shrink when washed so the extra length doesn't bother me too much. It is mid weight, we use with a cotton blanket underneath. It does not move or shift much. Texture is little rough out of the bag; it has not been washed and I anticipate it will soften with washing and time. I like the pattern, have paired with a navy bedskirt. After a month of use, it does not cause over-heating. Happy with the purchase and recommend.

I like this fine. I buy the king size quilt/comforter for my queen size bed, so it hangs over more. This one is maybe not quite long enough by a few inches from head to foot, but it works o.k. It is plenty long enough from side to side. The quilt is a nice quality. It is not terribly heavy, which is what I wanted. The patchwork is printed but there are sewn lines of stitching like quilting. I like the colors. The shams are king shams and also nice quality. I am happy with the purchase. Update to include new purchase. I just changed out the original bedspread for a new one of the same brand. The original one held up great and is still in perfect condition; I just wanted a different color for a change. Still happy with the brand and the quality, so I would recommend this product.

Going round and round trying to find a quilt that matched what I had in my mind. This was the closest I could come without absolutely breaking the bank. Let me begin by saying that I am a guy in my 30s and I did not want a flowery, heart filled, cutesy quilt. In the world that is quilts this seems to be the norm, however, not in this case. This quilt had just the look I was going for and I am happy to report that the pictures here are true to color and accurate. The grays and gray-browns as I call them look perfect in person and match nicely with a more modern and/or masculine decor. If you are going for a more neutral look this would fit the bill as well. Pros - soft cotton construction - not too thick, but still feels "heavy" - drapes well and tucks well if you have a platform bed - looks amazing - has a high quality feel Cons - Queen size smaller than I expected - may not tuck well with some super thick mattresses (over 14") Overall I am very happy with the quilt and I would purchase again which is the ultimate recommendation. Loving my black and white graphic design quilt. Light weight and works well with any color pillow combinations. Makes a quiet statement. And reversible to add to the joy changing out for a stripped look. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase

I spent hours scouring the lists of comforters, quilts and duvets in Amazon's bedding section, and this is the ONLY 100% cotton comforter that I could find. (The filing is polyester, but that doesn't bother me since it won't be touching my skin.) This comes with two matching pillow shams, but they seem to be mostly decorative in nature. (At least, *I* wouldn't want to sleep on them.) I left them in the package, in favor of using the pillowcases that came with my sheet sets. Which brings me to my next point: I have two different sets of sheets for my bed; one grey and one taupe/beige. This matches both sets very nicely, so I can use it with either and still have my bedroom look put-together. It is a nice medium/light weight, so it lends itself well to use with a couple of layers. (I use it on top of a flat sheet and a lightweight knit blanket.) The full price is rather steep, and I don't know how much of that price is due to its name brand, or how much is due to it being made of cotton. (Seriously, I can vaguely understand why cotton is more expensive than polyester, but not the immense disparity between prices for each material. And there's a whole SLEW of dirt-cheap microfiber blankets online here... But... but... just... ICK.) I was fortunate, and picked up an "open box" item from Amazon Warehouse Deals for something like a 60% discount, and I couldn't be more thrilled with such great quality at a ridiculously low price. Very, very happy.

Arrived vacuum sealed which I appreciated! I threw it right in the washing machine with the shams and it washed and dried very well. No fraying or unravelling in the wash. The blanket fluffed right up in the drier and is so soft and light on the bed, but is nice and warm. So happy with my purchase and would purchase another Eddie Bauer quilt set again!
