Works as described. The majority of Netflix shows streamed via iphone/ipad screencast lightning and HDMI cable will not play sound. Older Netflix shows will play sound.

Its good use is light and small to some extent but it is necessary to keep all the lights up until the vision is clear

Great for the price. Good contrast. It needs a dark room. Its good for a bedroom movietime or quieter experience. Don't think of it as a cheap substitute for game-day screenings/movie night. It only great for low key events. No complaints. Product is as promised.I took one star off because: the image is sharp and very nice when the projector is set FAIRLY high. If you set it at coffee table high, you have to use the keystone feature, but then the focus is lost(as with any keystone) but I think the focus feature is not on point even for smaller keystone adjustments.

I bought this based on the great customer reviews and the price. However, I believe what I thought was a new product, is actually a used projector. The box appears old and faded. The lamp is so dim, it hardly projects. The few times I have tried to use it, I have been extremely disappointed in its performance. I definitely regret this purchase and will now be looking for something else to fit my needs.

Great customer service!I bought this projector back in September 2017 to watch movies from my laptop, but I never got to use it until 2 weeks ago. When I first turned it on, it played a movie for about halfway through and then shut off. From there on, when I turn the projector on, it would stay on for about 5-10 minutes first, and then it would shut off. Then, if I try to turn it back on, it would turn on and in 2 seconds it will shut off again. I knew there was a 1-year warranty included in this product. So, I contacted the company through Amazon last Friday and after a few emails back and forth, I got a new projector delivered to my house (in less than a week!). I was very impressed with the company's fast responses and the way they handled it.The new projector works great (I already watched 2 movies with it non-stop!). This projector is lightweight and inexpensive when compared to other products. Also, I am very satisfied with the qualities of the image and the sound, which are way above my expectations. I read some of the reviews complaining about the fan making a loud noise. Yes, it may sound loud at first if you are in a quiet room with no other sound going on and are not playing anything yet. But, once I started playing a movie, I couldn't even hear the fan. I think the customer service was the best part of this purchase. Thank you for sending me the replacement projector!

Item does not display images from either of my computers even though it's connected via a cord. It keeps saying, "No Device". Once the device is detected it says to install "EasySuite" application, but I have done that several times and nothing happens. I purchased the item for a graduation party that got rained out, so I didn't open it until after the 30-day window a few months later. I didn't want to return it. I just wanted some technical assistance to ensure that my product wasn't defective. I have gotten nowhere for months trying to contact the seller through Amazon.

I wanted a cheap projector for my camp for several reasons.Less power consumption than traditional televisions (solar power is only source).Cheap!Big picture.There are obviously drawbacks (which are inherent of all projectors). Needs to be pretty much completely dark.. setup isn't quite as easy. etc.But this has been pretty perfect for my uses.Watching movies and football in the middle of nowhere is extremely fun with this thing. It would be kind of impossible to have 10 people around a fire and all in position to watch comfortably with anything less than a 50 inch TV. That type of circumstance is certainly much better solved with this than a much heavier and more expensive flat screen.And at 80 dollars it's not the worst thing in the world if it gets damaged or stolen during it's lifetime in the woods.I use a white tarp as the screen. Plug in my laptop via hdmi and go to town.The picture isn't the most crisp, but the resolution is absolutely fine for my purposes and definitely this price point.You're going to need some alternate speakers unless you are sitting with your ear on top of this and the entire world is silent.IMO. 80 bucks for this thing is a ridiculously great value.You probably won't be satisfied if you plan on using this for your primary entertainment needs, but for secondary or backup needs its fantastic.
