The power supply I received was as advertised but not for the Pure Siesta model that I have. I advise to check the power supply needed before ordering. The company was great though, I explained that it did not work, although advertised as one for a Pure Siesta model (I believe it works on the majority) and my query was resolved. I sent the one supplied back and received one that works. County Power did not have to do this. I am impressed with the communication, customer service and speed in dealing with queries. I would give 5 stars but have given four because the supply does not power all Pure Siesta radios. I can strongly recommend this supplier.

Great service
The first adapter I ordered had the wrong plug size (my fault) Peter at County Electrical was very helpful - he advised correct item and replaced the unit with the correct one with no fuss.

Affects sound quality
Ostensibly worked as expected but there seems to be some interference when the radio is on when charging. Apparent static disappears as soon as charger is unplugged so the radio runs on battery only, even when radio is located in the same spot. Tend now to to use radio on battery, and then charge when radio isn't being used. Which is perfectly possible but a bit annoying

Very disappointed service
The product had the right plug but the Jack was too big for the Roberts radio. I tried to order again but nothing showed for the same item and one similar had an american plug and the jack wasn't the right size either. Very disappointed. I would have thought knowing what I ordered I could have been sent the same item with the right jack size. Not good service this time. Brian Bulkeley-Gavin
