You only get around 67% protein per serving of this. High quality proteins are 90%, what am I missing?

You’re missing quite a bit if you think that the only thing that distinguishes a high quality protein from a lower quality protein is the amount of protein per serving.

Is whey isolate really better than concentrate?

Yes.

All the whey concentrate powders I’ve tried left me feeling sick and bloated after drinking them. I’m probably mildly lactose intolerant, but I know other people who say the same thing. This product doesn’t upset my stomach at all.

Whey Isolate also mixes better than Whey Concentrate. You won’t get clumps or powder in your mouth if you’re using this product.

As a side note, I recently discovered malted milk powder. If you add it to your protein shake, it makes it taste 10x better without adding a bunch of calories. Seriously. I got the Salted Caramel flavor protein, and its taste was a 4/10 (still better than any other protein powder tho). After adding a bit of malted milk powder, the taste went up to a 9/10. It seriously tastes like a Five Guys milkshake, but it’s healthy.

I'm a female looking to lose weight and tone up. I workout 5-6x a week with circuits and weights, will this product benefit me? And if so how specifically?

Not a woman, but this is the best quality protein powder I’ve ever had. Protein powder doesn’t taste good, but this definitely has the most tolerable taste out of any I’ve tried. It also doesn’t leave me feeling sick or heavy after I drink it, which every other powder has done.

Also, I highly recommend adding Malted Milk powder to your shake. It adds a few calories, but it’s more nutritious than adding sugar. It also takes the taste from “tolerable” to “really good.” Seriously it goes from a 3/10 to a 9/10 taste-wise. And there’s no point in buying the protein powder if you can’t make yourself drink it.

The malted milk suggestion might not be the best if you’re trying to lose weight, but if you’re bulking you absolutely have to give it a shot.
