Replaced batteries in iPhones at least 30 times by now, all different types. this is a high quality battery. The fake ones 10000 mah, etc… are starting out by lying to you. I’ve bought them before, and this one has better and more consistent battery life.

This is a massive pain to install in the iPhone XR, but once it is in it works well. It took quite a few hours to switch this out, and we had to follow Youtube videos and find more tools. This battery itself works well, but the actual process of installing it as a layman is overwhelming.

The connector keeps making issues. Always pops out because it’s too long and it doesn’t fit accordingly compared to Apple’s battery. The battery life, I can say that it is good. It’s strong, hard to bend. It does function but an error log pops up and shows an unverified battery health sign. At least Apple found a way to NOT annoy customers with their batteries. But also there’s another issue: it’s easy to install the adhesive on the battery, but it comes off easily after installation. That’s annoying, I had to use B7000 glue to keep it stuck in there.

It is important to understand this is not a genuine OEM part and using it will defeat some functionality and trigger alerts. Your iPhone will report it as an “unknown part” and will not display battery health info and initially will trigger alerts that this is not a genuine part made by Apple. That being said, the battery works and charges. It is not an easy repair though, and you very well may break your phone if you are not skilled in the disassembly and manipulation of very small electronic components. The battery comes with links to videos and has very clear instructions and warnings. The kit comes with all the tools required, as well as a new liquid intrusion gasket to replace the one you will destroy. Once replaced, your device will no longer be as waterproof. All in all not a bad battery, but you do have to be aware this is a relatively difficult repair and not for the novice.

I like this one because of the great reviews and was not disappointed. It has proven to be near 90 to 100% halfway through the day. Installation was fairly easy using YouTube videos to guide me. Great value for the money.

Unfortunately I damaged the phone when disassembling this for installation, but I was able to charge and test it using a smart charger, and it did perform in line with the rated capacity. Installation would have been the easy part!

So far this is proving to be a good choice for my iPhone that needed a replacement. Comes with instructions and everything needed for diy repair. Definitely recommend

Good replacement for an old XR battery. My brother installed it for me and so far works fine I will update the review if that changes.
