Viper Naturals 58" 2-Piece Billiard/Pool Cue, Birdseye Maple

Thus far, this has been a great cue. No complaints. The scuffer is handy to have.

I bought this cue a few weeks ago. Shipped fast and off I went. I hate to say that I won 12 games in a row, and I do credit the stick. Great balance and with a perfect tapper for my stroke. A little tough to screw together, but a nice even fit once joined. I bought the 19 ounce. OK for breaking, but perfect for the touch shots. Very attractive wood, and solid ferrule & tip. For less than $100, a great stick. When I get good enough I'll pick up a Lucasi, but the way I'm shooting now it's far off for the money.

This is the best cue I've ever had. I am a new billiard player, It works very well. I love it so much.

I used to be a pretty decent player that could occasionally "run the table" in either 15 and 1 or eight ball. Many years later, I have gotten a bit rusty, but had the chance to check out and report on the Viper pool cue. This is a decently finished and decorated two piece travel cue with nice balance and solid construction.* My sample was very straight and true after assembly. No detectable wobble when I rolled it on the table.* Brass fitting at the middle joint is very nicely finished and assembles smoothly.* Tip is mounted true. Sometimes the leather button on the tip of some cues is not mounted straight, but my Viper was perfectly mounted dead center.* Tip roughing feature which consists of some grit glued to a cavity in the bottom of the butt of the cue. Makes it easy to re-shape or rough up a tip.* Good balance and decent grip.* The design is pressed in vs. carved, but it is fine for the price.I played well with this cue and recommend it.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who is an avid pool player back in January for his birthday. From the time he opened it, he was impressed with the craftsmen ship of the stick, as was I. It has great weight distribution and the grip feels great and not cheap (which was one thing I was worried about). The stick goes together seamless with no issues and has been an all around great purchase. I think I might end up ordering myself one! Definitely recommend.

This is a great cue with fast, easy assembly. It is very well made and by far outshines the ques we have previously owned. Excellent balance and a great grip.

You'll need a higher quality cue if you play at a high level. However, if you are starting out or play infrequently, this is a very dependable cue. It also looks and feels great. Worth the price.
