I am very pleased with this mole remover pen as I got it as a gift for my mum who has few moles around her neck. First this set comes with 30 fine needles and 3 coarse needles and the lcd display shows 8 different levels and you can choose a setting based on the need. I followed the instructions carefully and removed a mole from her neck patiently. She said the pain was bearable on level 3. I am left amazed at how this pen has removed her mole completely without much redness or pain. It works as described. Overall I am very impressed would highly recommend!

My mum has been looking for a mole removal pen for a while now in order to remove some spots from her face. We had a look on Amazon and decided to go with this one. I can say we certainly made the right choice because the pen is brilliant. It came when we expected it to and was well-packaged. My mum opened it and was quite happy to see that it doesn't need batteries as it has a charger. The pen is very easy to use and the screen is very clear. My mum used it on her arms first to make sure it is safe to use and it did exactly what it was supposed to. There are two type of needles - a coarse one and a fine one, so you have a choice depending on the size and the type of the spot you wish to remove. My mum then tried it on her face and the results were excellent. There was no bleeding and the spots were gone by using a low level setting. My mum was quite happy that she doesn't have to go to a dermatologist because it costs time and money, she could do it herself at home. Therefore, we highly recommend this pen.

So, I have to say that I liked the sound of the ability to remove age spots particularly (for me, I get them on one of my hands and I don't like the look of them) but was quite nervous about actually using this when it arrived (the look of the needles worried me a little). The description said I wouldn't feel a shock or have bleeding so I hoped this was right！I find it easiest to use the pen at an angle, gently rest the needle at the right spot and then just do a quick press of the button, I don’t find it easy to sweep across and keep it steady, so I just move the pen slightly and press again. It stops working as soon as you let go of the button so you have complete control.The feeling is that it is very hot - I’ve only used it on the lowest setting so far but have no issues with it - once you get into the swing of it you get going very quickly I found. I only planned to do one freckle on the back of my hand but ended up doing all three!There is a strong burning flesh smell but this means it is doing the job it’s supposed to be doing! There is no bleeding and hardly any redness. My freckles initially went darker where the skin was burnt and were itchy so I stopped treatment at this point. I imagine it will take a couple of treatments at the lowest level for them to completely go. I have taken a photo after treatment and you can see the dark little spots where the skin is burnt but you can see there’s hardly any redness and no bleeding.So far I’m really happy with this pen as it is something I can definitely tolerate doing and doesn’t cause much pain or redness. I haven’t used the larger needle yet, I do have a verruca which I might try it on and I will update this review if I do!

I got this as a gift for a friend who has just completed her beauticians course and is wanting to go into tattoo removal. I would advise that this is used with care and only after properly reading the instructions.This is a complete set and the quality of it all is amazing and my friend is absolutely delighted with it and it is perfect for her starting work at the tattooist as it comes complete with the 30 fine needles and 3 course needles with the pen having 8 different settings. The pen runs off a battery but also has a charging lead for using a rechargeable battery. and of course if has a protective cap.This is a specialised piece of equipment that when used in the proper hands will last for a long time with the easy changing of the blades and purchasing replacement blades is easy to do.
