Good product

The all rounder portable hard disk for all your backups. Compatible with all PCs and the plug and play use is just perfect for on the go. Comes with WD softwares which are not that much useful but still good to have. I was satisfied with the transfer speed. I made 4 partitions with NTFS file system and it works perfectly everytime I plug in. The USB cable is also of the right size and the look and feel of this hard drive is durable. Overall I will recommend this product.

Product is good but the data transfer speed is not upto the mark.

Useful as description

This is a bad product overall. Its higher storage models are thicker than other models. This also provides bad performance compared to other hard disks of similar range. Writing is unstable, sometimes it shoots up to 100mbps, but then simmer down to 30mbps, and sometimes even 8mbps. Won't recommend this product, if you're planning to use it regularly.
