I regret to say that I cannot recommend this electric scooter to anyone. From the moment I purchased it, I experienced nothing but frustration and disappointment. There are several critical issues that potential buyers need to be aware of before considering this product. First and foremost, the quality of the scooter itself is subpar. It feels cheaply made, and after just a few weeks of light use, several parts started malfunctioning. The battery life is extremely limited, barely lasting a fraction of what was advertised, and the motor frequently stalls or loses power unexpectedly. Secondly, customer service is absolutely unacceptable. When the scooter broke down and I needed assistance, the seller was unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to offer proper support or solutions, leaving me stranded with a non-functional product. It’s clear they do not stand behind their product or care about customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the documentation and instructions are poorly written and unhelpful, making it difficult to troubleshoot or perform basic maintenance. The overall experience has been frustrating, costly, and a complete waste of money. In short, do not buy this electric scooter. The poor build quality, terrible customer service, and lack of support make it a terrible investment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable, well-supported electric scooter.

Purchased two and so far have been impressed with these scooters. They are more than fast enough for my 16 and 11 year old. Im a very cautious buyer and for me to buy two, is saying something. 3 speeds and is strong and sturdy. Easy to use for my 11 year old and battery life is decent and happy with it. The size is great and my two children are both tall for their age and I who is between my son’s height have no trouble at all riding to the shop. Great for my mobility and functions as any buyer would expect for themselves or children. Thank you

A great sstarter scooter, the battery lasts at least an hour and a half while riding, it's great for its value, on the application, you can adjust the scooters settings such its speed and brake power, it does say the scooter can reach up to 31miles an hour but I have only managed to get it up to 28 at the moment. Its very slim and folds so you can get yourself a scooter bag and have no issues carrying it around. It can support two people if you stand on it right, but it will slow it down even with the max weight capacity being 120kg. Its functionality so far works well, the charger works fine too, the product came fully assembled. The down side is that there are no shock absorbers, you'll feel every bump on the road.

Its a good starter scooter great acceleration and speed but when i was going fast i had cruise control and when i was trying to brake the electronic brake didnt work and i almost crash but other than that its a great the battery last for a long time and its super fun so get it as a present or your self

Ho acquistato il 15 maggio 2025 il monopattino. Il 28 febbraio si è improvvisamente fermato. Ho immediatamente segnalato il problema al venditore che mi ha rassicurato che mi avrebbe mandato l'acceleratore nuovo per sostituirlo con quello non funzionante e così il problema sarebbe stato risolto. Dopo un mese e più di dieci mail inviate per sollecitare l'invio del nuovo acceleratore non ho avuto ancora il pezzo promesso. Esperienza molto negativa

Vorrei avere delle informazioni.. appena arrivato l abbiamo messo in carica..e la carica dopo due ore era completata..oggi nel giro di 10 minuti di utilizzo da tre tacche di batteria siamo arrivati a 0..cm mai???

batteria dura bene, un po instabile visto la piccola struttura. è ok per la città
