I absolutely love this book. So useful and succinct. Definitely recommend

Good book to dip into for ideas or reminders on how to do things in projects. It is quite short on some topics and, for the future, would benefit on more tips and techniques to give you a wider tool kit.

As with the other book in the series...it has a single message/method...seems to be simple and the message is conveyed well. I would recommend project managers to take a look and decide if this is useful to them...although some may think this 'dashboard' method is a little too simple.I am happy with this though and would consider using it in some projects that I run.Recommended to be in your project management library.
