I have not yet try them so i can not comment on their effectiveness. But, having used Wellman MAX I can vouch for this brand. Looking forward to adding them to my diet from next month. ps. prices are amazing compared to local retailers including tesco/etc.

Havnt noticed a different with my skin, maybe you have to take them for years, before you even see a difference
