Can I use this RAM Mount on bicycle and connect the ION Air Pro cam onto it?

Yes they can be used on bicycles what you have to sure is that you have the base ball is 1" also the item you are going to use must have the adapter with a 1" ball. If you have other size balls then do not use this mount search for the proper size.

Do I need any other items to connect this to my motorcycle?

YES. This is just the arm between the part you use on the motorcycle and the item you are mounting. There are many motorcycle mounts and depends on where/how you want to mount it to the motorcycle. There is a handlebar mount, a stem mount, a mirror mount, a ball that can be mounted to the handle bar bolts, etc. This will clamp to which ever you choose. Then you will need the ball mount for the item you are going to mount.
